At Pink Lily, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand things don't always work out. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your store credit is issued.
